Bannock's umbilical cord fell off last week (11-4-09...his due date). So a couple days later we decided to try giving him his first 'real' bath. At first he loved it. He liked just sitting & hanging out in the water. As soon as I started actually washing him, he started to freak out! He's not a big fan of water on the head/face! Once we were done & we calmed him down, he was SO relaxed! And he slept SO good that night! Bath time might become a nightly routine! Enjoy the pictures! Oh yeah...don't judge us for bathing him in a little bucket...no point in buying a bath for him when we'll be moving in 6 weeks! :)

Lots of people do it in the kitchen sink too. so long as they're clean!
He is so adorable! Jacob always slept way better when he got a bath at night too. How sweet. He is such a cute little man.
Oh my cuteness! So, in Europe they actually have a bathing tub that's pretty much like a bucket. It's so the baby can sit up in it. So really you're just being European! Haha.
he's amazing! i bet you guys are so in love!
I'm in love with him. So stinking cute. Oh I can't wait to hold him!!!!!!!! I love the smell of freshly washed babies. Thanks to Ike, Meg was never washed in a baby tub. It was either the sink or a big tub (VERY CLOSELY SUPERVISED). you do what you gotta do!
